Azerbaijan to study possibilities of using nanotechnologies in fruit growing

The Research Institute of Fruit and Tea Growing of the Ministry of Agriculture in Guba and the National Aerospace Agency (MAKA) of the Ministry of Defense Industry will conduct research on the application of technology for obtaining new fertilizers based on nanocomposites in fruit growing and assess the impact of nanoparticles on the development of fruit crops.
Report has learned from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Agriculture that in this regard, an agreement was signed between MAKA and the Institute of Ecology on cooperation in scientific and technical work.
At the signing ceremony, detailed information was given on the activities of the Institute of Fruit and Tea Growing, ongoing projects, and issues of interest to scientists were discussed.
