Azerbaijan to develop agrarian sector in liberated areas

"In the future, we plan to develop the agricultural sector in the liberated lands," Azerbaijani Agriculture Minister Inam Karimov said at an event dedicated to launching the first agrarian insurance mechanism in Azerbaijan.

According to Report, calculations and action plans have already been prepared.

He added that Armenia is targeting Azerbaijan's civilian population: "As a result of these treacherous attacks, about a hundred civilians were killed and wounded. Among the injured and dead were many farmers. In particular, their houses, farms, and livestock were severely damaged. Armenia's aggression harms the agricultural sector. It killed much livestock on the line of contact, burned fodder stocks, and destroyed agricultural machinery. Armenia's ongoing attack has negatively affected the lives of more than 100,000 farmers."
