Azerbaijan's agrarian sector grows by nearly 6%

Azerbaijan's agricultural production amounted to over 5.271 billion manats ($3.1 billion) from January through July 2022, 5.6% higher than a year earlier, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

Over the past year, the cost of crops produced in Azerbaijan increased by 8.5% to 2.734 billion manats ($1.61 billion), and the prices of animal products went up by 2.6% to above 2.536 billion manats ($1.49 billion).
