Azerbaijan resumes dates supplies to Turkey, Belarus, Moldova

In January-October 2021, Azerbaijan exported 75,133.08 tons of dates worth $54.17 million.
According to the calculations made by Report on the basis of the State Statistics Committee, this is 53.13% more in value and 49.73% more in quantitative terms compared to the same period last year. The supplies were resumed to Moldova after a two-year break, to Belarus after 19 months, and to Turkey after 12 months, Report informs.
Countries, where Azerbaijan exported dates in the first 10 months of 2021, are:

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported dates only from Russia. Some 13.1 tons of products worth $26,200 were imported from this country. In the same period last year, dates were purchased only from Russia. During the reporting period, supplies from our northern neighbour increased by 62.23% in value terms and decreased by 2.67% in quantitative terms.
