Agricultural sector in Azerbaijan grows by more than 2%

In January-February 2025, the total value of agricultural production in Azerbaijan amounted to 1.62 billion manats ($952.3 million), which is 2.1% more year-on-year, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Agriculture.

According to the ministry, 94.7% of this falls on animal husbandry, and 5.3% on crop production.

During the 2 months, the share of added value created in agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the gross domestic product (GDP) was 2.9%.
