Agricultural production up by almost 4% in Nakhchivan

In January-April 2022, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan produced agricultural goods worth 46,559,100 manats ($27.38 million), which is 3.9 percent more than in the same period of 2021, Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

During the first four months of 2022, in the autonomous republic, meat production in live weight reached 8,837 tons, and milk production amounted to 26,950 tons. Compared to the same period in 2021, meat production soared by 6.2 percent and milk production slightly increased by 1.4 percent.
