Number of flights from Azerbaijan to Russia up by over 7%

In January-March of this year, 1,582 flights from Azerbaijan to Russia were organized by air transport, 7.5% more than the same period of 2023, Report informs citing the State Tourism Agency.

During the reporting period, a total of 5,484 flights were organized from Azerbaijan. This is 20.2% more than the same period last year.

In 3 months of 2024, 1,209 have been carried out to Türkiye, 716 to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), 471 to Georgia, 181 to Saudi Arabia, 167 to Kazakhstan, 153 to Qatar, 135 to India, 96 to Uzbekistan, 90 to Italy, 88 to Kuwait, 64 to Belarus, 54 to Poland, 53 to Germany, 52 to Pakistan, 42 to the United Kingdom, 41 to China, 38 to Hungary, 35 to Bahrain, 31 to the Czech Republic, 29 to Austria, 28 to France, 28 to Spain, 26 to Iran, 25 to Moldova, 19 to Iraq, 15 to Egypt, 9 to Switzerland, and 6 to Israel.
