Delegation of External Intelligence Bureau of Russia visits DPRK

A delegation of the External Intelligence Bureau (EIB) of the Russian Federation, led by its Director Sergei Narishkin, visited Pyongyang from March 25 to 27, Report informs, citing the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

During the visit, talks were held between Ri Chang Dae, minister of state security of the DPRK, and Sergei E. Narishkin, director of the EIB of the Russian Federation.

The two sides briefed each other about their views on the present international and regional situation regarding the Korean peninsula and Russia, and widely and deeply discussed practical issues for further boosting cooperation to cope with the ever-growing spying and plotting moves by the hostile forces.

The two sides reached a complete consensus of views on the issues on the table at the two talks that proceeded in a comradely and amicable atmosphere.
