Chamber of Accounts revealed evasion facts in 'Azərpoçt' LLC

Baku. 8 April. REPORT.AZ/ Chamber of Accounts and the Ministry of Taxes held a joint audit in 'Azərpoçt' LLC.

The audit revealed that the organization illegally leased residential premises located in Baku with a total area of 4 061.4 sq. m to commercial legal entities, not having the proper authorization, at the same time failing to provide transfer to the budget 50% of the rent.

Report informs, the report of the Chamber of Accounts for 2015, declares.

The document says that payments from commercial activities to the state budget were made by 1 169, 9 thousand manats less than the amount of VAT, while at the same time, by 29.7 thousand manats of VAT transferred later than the final payment date, due to the incorrect definition of the tax base, the property tax calculated by 3.8 thousand manats beyond the statutory amount.
