Laos intends to study Azerbaijan's experience in increasing economic activity of women

We want to study Azerbaijan's experience in increasing the economic activity of women and share our experience in future discussions, Daovy Vongxay, Director General of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Laos, said at the 4th Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Dialogue themed “Consultations with interested parties on the 4th Voluntary National Report of Azerbaijan, expansion of women's economic rights and opportunities, and progress on the 5th SDG," Report informs.

According to him, in terms of increasing women's economic opportunities, this event can be considered an excellent platform for advancing the important goal of gender equality: "I believe that this dialogue will generate valuable ideas and proposals, as well as opportunities for the exchange of experiences among all participants. The Lao delegation is pleased to be part of this important national dialogue and looks forward to fruitful discussions."
