New board members of Ateshgah Sıgorta elected

Baku. 23 September. REPORT.AZ/ Extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the insurance company Ateshgah Sıgorta took place.Report informs referring to the company, the meeting approved the first annual financial statements in 2014.

Then Ruslan Allahverdi oglu Aliyev, Vagif Veli oglu Aliyev appointed for another term by members of the Board of Directors.Vladimir Solovyov was appointed an independent member of the Board of Directors. Ruslan Allahverdi oglu Aliyev took the chairmanship.

Along with this, decision was made on the appointment of Elshad Eldar oglu Iskenderov and Natig Sahabin oglu Amirjanov member of the Audit Commission of Ateshgah Sıgorta. Elshad Eldar oglu Isgandarov elected chairman of the commission.

In addition, Azer Amiraslan oglu Aliyev, Fuad Faig oglu Ismailov appointed board members of Ateshgah Sıgorta.

Ateshgah Sıgorta was established in late 1996 and together with Ateshgah, Heyat Insurance Group is a part of the Ateshgah. The company provides customers with more than 20 types of insurance services.
