'Texnikabank' officially declares bankrupt

Baku. 10 February. REPORT.AZ/ In accordance with today's decision of Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1 of Azerbaijan, ''Texnikabank' OJSC has been declared bankrupt and bankruptcy procedure launched.

Report was told in the bank, 'M.M.M. Perfekt Konsaltinq' LLC has been appointed as liquidator, the decision directed on the immediate execution.

Necessary measures, stipulated in the legislation, will be carried out against physical and legal persons, being in debt (loan) to 'Bank Technique', which is in liquidation process, and against persons not making payment in time. Declaring the bank bankrupt, do not give basis for non-payment by debtors.

Persons, having obligations to 'Bank Technique' OJSC may apply to Bank's Head Office as well as to its branches and departments in order to pay debts or get information.
