Authorized capital of Chamber of Control in Financial Markets will be 5 mln AZN

Baku. 12 March. REPORT.AZ/ According to the Regulations of Chamber of Control over financial Markets in Azerbaijan approved by a decree signed by president Ilham Aliyev, Report informs. The Chamber has tax exemptions provided in Tax Code. 

The Chamber is independent in its activities.The Chamber can not be engaged in entrepreneurial activity.Its main purpose is not a profit. Funds earned as a result of the Chamber's activities will be used in its further activities. The Chamber is a legal entity and it acts in areas defined in the charter.

Authorized capital of Chamber of Control is 5 million AZN.
