Report informs, according to the press service of the bank, the meeting will take place at 11:00 am at the head office of the bank at the address: Baku, Khatai Avenue, 38.

The agenda includes issues of election the Secretary of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, as well as the establishment of limits on transactions between the Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) and legal entities belonging to the VTB Group affiliated with them.
