Chairman of Central Election Commission: Municipal elections to be held in liberated Azerbaijani territories for first time this year

This year, municipal elections will be held for the first time in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov said at today’s meeting of the commission, Report informs.

He noted that this year municipal elections will be held for the first time in Shusha, Lachin, the village of Aghali in the Zangilan district, the Agdara and Fuzuli districts and other liberated territories: “The readiness of the election commissions for this process is the most important issue for us.”
