Ukrainian ambassador talks on uniqueness of Azerbaijan for tourists

For each tourist, it would be amazing to plunge into a completely different atmosphere and appreciate Azerbaijan's cultural wealth, multiculturalism, Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan Vladislav Kanevsky said at a press conference following the presentation on Kyiv's tourism potential held in Baku, Report informs.

Azerbaijan - and not only Baku - is really interesting for Ukrainian tourists who visited the country even before the pandemic. For example, I visited all regions during the first year. And you probably know what is unique about Azerbaijan: these are nine out of the eleven climatic zones existing in the world. Each zone has its own cultural characteristics. Therefore, believe me, that it is interesting for every tourist to plunge into a completely different environment in a short period of time and appreciate this wealth, multiculturalism of Azerbaijan,” the ambassador noted.

According to him, Ukrainians are interested in both Baku, with its combination of high-tech and oriental classics, and beautiful regions rich in their cultural characteristics.
