Representatives of travel companies from German-speaking countries visit Azerbaijan

The Tourism Board of Azerbaijan organized a trip to Azerbaijan for representatives of 14 tourism companies from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

According to the country's State Tourism Agency, B2B meetings with representatives of about 35 local companies were held during the visit organized from November 29 to December 6.

The guests went sightseeing in Baku and Nakhchivan, and familiarized themselves with tourism products in the spheres of cultural, historical, and ecotourism.

From January through November 2024, Azerbaijan was visited by a total of 25,599 tourists from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, which is 26% more compared to the same period last year.
