Number of Azerbaijanis traveling to Georgia announced

391,975 people visited Georgia from Azerbaijan in January-April this year, Report's local bureau informs citing the Georgian National Tourism Administration.

Azerbaijan ranks first in the number of foreigners who visited the neighboring country during the reporting period. Russia ranked second with 367,215 people followed by Armenia with 326,840 people. In April alone, the number of tourists from Georgia to Azerbaijan rose by 0.4% to 99,073 in annual terms. In April, the total number of foreigners visiting the neighboring country was 647,770.

This indicator is 4.6% higher in annual terms. Last month, the number of tourists rose by 4.2% reaching 348,519 people.
