Now one of three documents will need to be submitted at the border.

In particular, it will be necessary to provide either a certificate of a complete vaccination course, a negative PCR test for coronavirus, or a certificate on COVID recovery within the last six months.

Those who don’t have these documents will have to comply with a 14-day quarantine.

This doesn’t apply to children under 12 years old, students under 18 years old who go to exams or studies, and citizens who come for treatment.

Those who have already spent seven days in quarantine and have not contracted coronavirus can take a PCR test or an antigen test for COVID-19 and, if it is negative, stop their self-isolation.

In addition, from August 16, only travelers will be allowed to enter the Chisinau airport.
