Deficit of Azerbaijan's tourism services balance down by over 2 times

In the first half of 2022, the turnover of tourism services between Azerbaijan and other countries amounted to $739.596 million, 2.9 times more than a year ago, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported services worth $314.767 million and exported services worth $424.829 million, respectively, 0.65% more and 24.35% less than a year ago.

As a result, there was a deficit of $110.062 million in the balance of tourism services, which is 2.3 times less year on year.
