Baku named most popular summer holiday destination for Russians

Baku. 24 July. REPORT.AZ / The capital of Azerbaijan Baku headed the list of the most popular destinations for summer holidays among Russian citizens.

Report informs, according to the analytical agency Turstat, Minsk and Almaty are also included in the top three.

The Azerbaijani capital also headed the ranking of destinations for weekend and shopping.

The cheapest summer tours are in Chisinau and Bishkek.

According to the Agency, on average, Russian tourists spend $50 to $100 per day on accommodation and meals in cities and resorts of the CIS countries.
