Azerbaijan participates at Tashkent International Tourism Fair - PHOTO

Tashkent. 3 October. REPORT.AZ/ 23nd International Tourism Fair has opened in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Report’s correspondent on assignment in Tashkent informs, travel agencies from 28 countries including Azerbaijan introduce tourism potential of their countries at the event.

Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov told about the importance of the event for promotion of tourism and culture of Uzbekistan and expressed his hope that all the participants will discover a new Uzbekistan for themselves and establish fruitful relations with their colleagues from other countries.

Afterwards, fair visitors got aquatinted with stands of different regions of Uzbekistan and participant countries.

Moreover, presentation of Uzbek cuisine and cooking master classes will take place during the fair.

Three tourism companies deliver their services at Azerbaijani stand. In the first day of fair Azerbaijani stand arose great interest of participants. Majority of visitors were curious to get more information about country and possibilities to visit it.
