The company spokesperson Elena Selivanova said that because of high tariffs at the Baku airport, "Pobeda" doesn't plan to resume flights to Baku.

"Pobeda" began to carry out flights from Rostov-on-Don to Baku on October 30, 2016. This flight has gained great popularity amongst rostovites. However, it was canceled due to carrying out flights to resort destinations in summer.
