Azerbaijan's U18 womens basketball team faced Norway in a game for 17th-20th places in Division B of the European Championship 'held in Tulcea, Romania, Report informs.
In their final match of the championship, the national team defeated their opponent 77-48.
Azerbaijans Polina Shchukina was named the most valuable player of the game after scoring 25 points and making 22 rebounds.
The U18 women's national team ended its campaign in Division B of the European Championship in 17th place among 20 teams.
