Turkish minister visits DOST Center under Labor Ministry

Turkish Minister of Labor and Social Protection Vedat Bilgin on a visit to Azerbaijan familiarized himself with the DOST Center No. 4 of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.

The delegation was informed about the DOST Agency and centers, established by a decree of President Ilham Aliyev, dated August 9, 2018, the ministry told Report.

It was noted that the DOST concept, initiated by First Vice President and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, provided conditions for the provision of public social services through a "single window", fully transparent and efficient, based on the principle of citizens’ satisfaction.

In May 2019, the DOST Agency and then 5 DOST centers were opened. All districts of the capital, as well as Absheron district, are covered by DOST services. At present, 155 services in the fields of social protection and social security, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor, and employment are provided in the DOST centers through a "single window". To date, 554,000 citizens have benefited from DOST services. The level of citizens' satisfaction with services in 2021 is 98.2 percent.
