Number of Azerbaijan's population revealed

Since the beginning of 2021, the population of Azerbaijan has increased by 25,948 people or 0.3%, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

As of September 1, 2021, the population of Azerbaijan was 10,145,081 people.

According to the committee, urban and rural populations accounted for 53% and 47%, respectively.

Sexwise, men and women accounted for 49.9% and 50.1%, respectively.
