Azerbaijan registers about 100 children returned from Iraq

"After the return of 194 children living in Iraqi prisons and orphanages, who are citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the country registered about 100 children," head of the Justice Ministry's Civil Status Acts Registry Service Reyhana Karimova said at a video conference on the results of 2020, Report informs.
Notably, these people were returned to their homeland in 2020 due to the evacuation process from the Republic of Iraq to repatriate the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
