Zelenskyy vows not to get into diplomatic quagmire again

We will not agree on a frozen conflict. There were Minsk agreements (Minsk-1, Minsk-2) and relevant documents when I was president. So, I can say that they were non-serious documents, President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said at the Wall Street Journal'sJournal's CEO Council.
According to him, these agreements were on paper, and it was a frozen conflict.
"Ukraine will never get into such a diplomatic quagmire again," the president added.
