Zelensky: Russia can answer question of denazification by looking in mirror

"We told them to forget the terms 'denazification' and 'demilitarization'. We will not talk about it. 'Denazification' just sounds insulting. We can use this expression about your side (Russia). As the situation in Bucha showed, we were right," said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

He advised the Russian side to look in the mirror and ask the question of "denazification".

"As for "demilitarization", it is out of the question. The army is a matter of security," Zelensky noted.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and other high-ranking officials have said that one of Moscow's goals in military operations in Ukraine is "demilitarization" and "denazification." These terms were mostly used against Hitler's Germany and its allies, who were defeated in World War II. According to Russia's information policy, Ukraine is ruled by militarized neo-Nazi forces. However, Russia's calls on these issues have not been taken seriously in any country in the world.
