“Warsaw, Istanbul, Baku - we have offered these cities to Russia for negotiations. Or any other city from where missiles do not fly to Ukraine,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, Report informs.

Zelensky said Kyiv wanted peace and talks with Russia.

Addressing the Belarusian people, the Ukrainian leader wished peace and security.

The President of Ukraine said he was aware of the proposal to start talks in Belarus. According to Zelensky, Kyiv would have agreed to negotiations in Belarus if it had not supported military operations against Ukraine.

Zelensky said cities of other countries could be a platform for talks, but not Belarus.
