Zelensky addresses US Congress: "Peace is more important than profit"

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on the US Congress to fight Russia harder, Report informs quoting from the Ukrainian president’s virtual address to the US Congress.

"There is a need for new sanctions, new packages. All this must continue until the Russian military machine stops. We call for sanctions against all Russian politicians, those involved in the aggression against Ukraine, or those who do not have the moral strength to protest. If you or someone around you has a business in Russia, you need to put pressure to quit it. Russia should not get a penny to use in aggression. This is the destruction of our country, Europe. Peace is more important than profit," he said.

After the speech of the Ukrainian president, the congressmen stood up and applauded him.
