Zakharova urges Armen Grigoryan to define his position

The Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova called the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan to define his position, Report informs.

"I would like Armen Grigoryan to define his position: either there should be a normal dialogue with the Armenian side or such statements should be made. We choose the first," she said at the weekly briefing.

Zakharova noted that the topic of the opening of communications, which Grigoryan recently commented on, is being discussed by the deputy prime ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia:

"Therefore, I do not consider it right to respond to such comments from outside. This is the prerogative of the respective representatives."
