Yerevan offers Baku to immediately start negotiations on comprehensive peace agreement

Armenia invites Azerbaijan to start negotiations on a comprehensive peace agreement as soon as possible, the press service of the Armenian government said.

The proposal followed the meeting of the Security Council held on Monday, which focused on the situation in Karabakh.
