US top military officer meets with his Russian counterpart

Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Chief of the Russian General Staff Gen. Valery Gerasimov held a meeting in Finland capital, Helsinki on September 22.
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that the parties discussed reducing risks for the operative solution of conflicts.
