US intends to provide financial assistance to Moldovan media

The US State Department wants to fund media development initiatives in Moldova, Report mentions, referring to RT.
The United States plans to earmark $1 million, primarily to support independent media in Moldova. The State Department will also allocate $500,000 for the professional development of journalists.
