Ukrainian expert: Incident with Azerbaijani flag in Armenia - vandalism

The incident with the Azerbaijani flag in Armenia is vandalism, Ukrainian political scientist Oleksandr Kovalenko told the East European bureau of Report.

"Holding the European Weightlifting Championship should have been an honor for Armenia in a certain sense. It was a sign of trust in the organization of such competitions. But Armenia failed to cope with the task," the political scientist said.
