Ukraine says no POWs were onboard Il-76 plane

There were no Ukrainian prisoners onboard the IL-76 plane that crashed in the Belgorod region on January 24, Oleksiy Danilov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said, Report informs.
He denied any information about it.
