Ukraine’s Ground Forces Commander: 'We lack people'

Two years ago, we defended Kyiv, and now we are striking military targets a thousand miles from the line with our own military technology. But no matter how much help we get, no matter how much weapons we have - we lack people, the commander of the Ground Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavliuk, wrote on his social network account, Report informs.

“The equipment does not drive itself, the weapons do not shoot themselves, and the drone will not fly itself. Units need an upgrade!,” he noted.

The general added that I understand people’s desire to live a peaceful life, travel, and build a career. But there is an objective reality: "Russia denies us the right to exist. The enemy only understands the language of force. We need to get him off our land. If we don't do this, there will be no peaceful life, no rights, and no freedoms at all."
