Ukraine's Defense Ministry urges people to stay at home, exercise caution

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has called on citizens to be cautious and not leave their homes.
In a statement posted on its Facebook page, the ministry noted that Russia's military reconnaissance was in Obolon, a district near Kyiv.
"Make the cocktail bombs and throw them on invaders!" the ministry said.
