Türkiye ratifies OTS digital economy partnership agreement

The law approving the Partnership Agreement on the Digital Economy among the Governments of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has entered into force in Türkiye.
According to Report, the decision adopted by the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM) was published in the Official Gazette, thereby gaining legal effect.
The agreement was signed on November 6, 2024, in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. Azerbaijan ratified the agreement in April 2025.
