Turkish Minister says 39 people rescued from rubble after earthquake

"39 people have been rescued from the rubble after the earthquake in Turkey," Turkey's Minister of Internal Affairs Süleyman Soylu said.
Report informs, citing Anadolu, that the minister said the disaster killed 18 in Elazığ, and 4 in Malatya.
