Turkish leader: Problems in Caucasus are being solved

Turkiye contributes to reducing the food and energy crisis by creating conditions for the grain corridor and the exchange of prisoners, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said while addressing the International Ombudsman Conference held at the Presidential Complex, Report informs.

He also touched on the talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on these issues:

"Putin requested that the grain be transported to poor countries, not rich European ones. Actually, I agree with that. And so the process began. Now we want to open the humanitarian corridor for the wounded."

According to Erdogan, the treatment of those injured in Azerbaijan and Libya was also done in Turkiye: "This is our duty."

The Turkish leader also said that the problems in the Caucasus are being solved.
