Political consultations were held between the Turkish and Iraqi Foreign Ministries, the Turkish MFA said on Twitter.
Turkish Deputy FM Yavuz Selim Kiran held discussions with his Iraqi counterpart Salih Husain Ali Al-Tamimi.
