Turkish Foreign Ministry comments on protests in Kazakhstan

Turkish Foreign Ministry closely follows the protests that erupted in Kazakhstan on January 2-3 and resulted in the government's resignation this morning, Report informs, referring to the Turkish MFA.
"Turkey attaches importance to the stability of friendly Kazakhstan. We wish peace and tranquility to the brotherly people of Kazakhstan. We believe that the Kazakh government will overcome this crisis. We rely on the common sense of the people of Kazakhstan and hope that the situation will calm down as soon as possible. We wish the soonest recovery to our Kazakh brothers injured in the incidents, including law enforcement officers," the statement reads.
