Baku. 25 December. REPORT.AZ/ Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu plans to visit Russia.
Report informs citing the Habertürk that the purpose of the visit is to discuss the withdrawal of US troops from Syria.
On December 19, the US President signed a decree on withdrawal of troops from Syria.
