There is still no agreement with Armenia, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said.
"Our special representatives met 4 times. Further meetings will be held in Turkiye or Armenia. We are sincere in the normalization of relations with Armenia," the minister said. He added that the main problem is the lack of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"We coordinate our steps with Azerbaijan," the Turkish foreign minister said.
