Turkey may close straits to warships

Turkey is considering the closure of Bosphorus and Dardanelles to warships. 

The move comes after terrorists from the Idlib de-escalation zone attempted to launch a massive attack on the positions of Syrian government forces. 

Turkish media report that the country may postpone the deployment of Russian S-400 systems.
