"Armenian representatives are expected to visit Turkey," Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay told journalists.
"Until yesterday, we were in opposition sides in Karabakh. Today, relations are normalizing. Turkey could not have turned a blind eye to the occupation of Karabakh. We insisted that the problem be solved. Now both the world and the Armenian leadership see that this is mostly in Armenia's favour," he said.
