The 6.2-magnitude earthquake hits Iran

Baku. August 18. REPORT.AZ/ 6.2-magnitude earthquake hits western Iran near the border with Iraq today. As Report informs, it was said by the U.S. Geological Survey.The epicenter of the quake was located in 480 kilometers southwest of Tehran. İts center lies at a depth of 10 km.
Information on casualties or damage has not been received.
