Snow and wind raging to up to 25 meters per second have caused massive outages on the local grid.

Almost 65,000 people in more than 100 districts of Dagestan have been left without electricity due to adverse weather, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.

 76 teams of 304 people and 79 units of equipment work as part of emergency recovery operations.
